Sound Baths
I am a certified Sound Healer and Sound Bath Practitioner in Austin, Tx. I use a combination of instruments including crystal singing bowls, handpans, koshi chimes, quartz singing pyramids and tongue drums along with instruments which replicate the calming sounds of nature such as ocean drums, rain sticks, stream drums and thunder tubes to create soundscapes intended to relax our nervous system, allowing our bodies to naturally heal. I combine hypnotic rhythms and harmonies to evoke a meditative, restorative, calming experience that helps process emotion and improve overall well-being by triggering our natural, human relaxation response. This ancient form of healing balances our energy and awakens our spiritual connection to source.
I hope these healing sound baths soothe your soul and fill you with calming energy. It’s best to enjoy them laying down with your eyes closed, allowing the frequencies to wash over your spirit and accepting any emotions that may come up. These are safe moments for you to fully relax and let go. I hope they leave you feeling refreshed and new, more aligned with your authentic self and connected to universal energy.
Disclaimer
Sound baths are not a substitute for traditional medicine. These experiences facilitate mental and physical healing and well-being by evoking a state of relaxation and mindfulness which allows the body’s natural healing systems to work more efficiently.
Personal Sound Healing
In addition to being certified as a Sound Healer and Sound Bath Practitioner, I'm also trained and experienced as an Active Listener through 7Cups, a Mental Health Organisation. I offer one-on-one sessions where you may share as much or as little as you're comfortable with about anything you're experiencing. I will listen, validate and empathise with your perspective before transmuting the energy of your circumstances into tailor-made healing music.
I will provide downloadable digital copies of the performance in video and audio formats, and you can choose to watch the performance live in person or online if you wish.
We can connect however you prefer, but let's start with a simple introduction:
